Nutique™ is the makhana brand of Shivaay Industry, Jaipur. We bring together the crop’s roots in Bihar and our approach to selecting, roasting, flavouring and packing popped makhana.

Our production line includes a large rotary roaster, slurry kettle and flavouring drum. Four-head pouch packaging with nitrogen flushing, supplied by our in-house nitrogen plant, completes the journey from kernel to pack.

We source through farmers and local supply partners in Bihar. Our collection celebrates that familiar ingredient through 35 flavours, with 10 g and 20 g pouches and 80 g jars for your day, desk or pantry.

PACKED WITH CARE, IN JAIPUR

Our four-head packaging machine weighs makhana into pouches, with nitrogen flushing at the packing stage. The nitrogen comes from our own in-house plant.

From the final weight check to the seal, we give the finish the same attention as the roast.
