02 / THE CARE BEHIND THE CRUNCH
Our large rotary roaster develops the crunch. A dedicated slurry kettle prepares the seasoning, and the flavouring drum brings it evenly across the makhana.
Then comes four-head pouch packing with nitrogen flushing, supported by our in-house nitrogen plant.

Nutique brings this spirit to makhana, connecting the crop’s roots in Bihar with our work in Jaipur. We source through farmers and local supply partners in Bihar, and bring the makhana into our preparation and packing process.
